Terms of Use

This is a website terms page only. It is not the full client services agreement. It is not a replacement for a signed proposal, statement of work, master services agreement, NDA or subcontractor agreement.

1.About these terms

These Terms of Use govern your use of the ROSE website at rosegovernance.co.uk (“Website”).

The Website is operated by ROSE Governance Ltd (“ROSE”, “we”, “us” or “our”), a company registered in England and Wales.

By using this Website, you confirm that you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

2.Website purpose

The Website provides general information about ROSE’s governance, operating systems, systems-design and related consulting services.

The information on this Website is intended for general information only. It does not constitute legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, investment, employment, data-protection or other professional advice. You should obtain advice from appropriately qualified professionals before making decisions that may have legal, tax, financial or regulatory consequences.

3.No client relationship

Use of this Website, submitting an enquiry, booking a Discovery call, requesting a Consultation or Brainstorming session, or corresponding with ROSE does not create a client relationship.

A client relationship begins only when:

  • ROSE has accepted an engagement in writing; and
  • the parties have agreed the applicable scope, fees, terms and deliverables in a proposal, statement of work, service agreement or other written contract.

4.Discovery calls, consultations and brainstorming

A free Discovery call is an introductory conversation to assess general fit and identify possible next steps. It is not a consulting, legal, compliance or detailed solution-design session.

Consultation and Brainstorming sessions are paid services, subject to confirmation of scope, fees and scheduling. Any advice, recommendations or outputs from these sessions are based on the information made available at the time and should be considered alongside appropriate specialist advice where needed.

ROSE may recommend that a client obtains legal, tax, accounting, HR, data-protection, regulatory, cybersecurity or other specialist advice.

5.Service information and pricing

Information about services, modules, packages, timelines and “from” prices is indicative only. Every business has a different operating reality.

Final scope, delivery plan, dependencies, timetable and fees are agreed in writing before project work begins. ROSE may change, withdraw or update Website content, services and indicative pricing without prior notice.

6.Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, all content on this Website, including text, branding, graphics, layouts, documents, templates, methodology and materials, is owned by or licensed to ROSE and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may view and download Website content for personal or internal business reference only. You must not reproduce, distribute, adapt, sell, publish or commercially exploit any Website content without ROSE’s prior written permission.

7.Third-party websites and tools

The Website may contain links to third-party websites, booking systems, social-media platforms or other tools. ROSE does not control those third parties and is not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices or terms.

Your use of third-party platforms is subject to their own terms and privacy notices.

8.Website availability and liability

ROSE aims to keep the Website accurate, available and secure. However, we do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free from harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ROSE excludes liability for loss or damage arising from use of, or inability to use, the Website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

9.Privacy and cookies

Our handling of personal data is explained in the Privacy Notice. Our use of cookies and similar technologies is explained in the Cookie Notice.

10.Changes to these terms

ROSE may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The latest version will be published on this Website with an updated “Last updated” date.

11.Governing law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
